Your rights under consumer law
Some of the limits in these terms may not apply to you, because the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be set aside. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
If you are in Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law lets us limit, rather than exclude, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, and the services are not of a kind usually acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
If you are in South Africa. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, or asks you to waive one. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for loss caused by our gross negligence or that of anyone acting for us, or for fraud or wilful misconduct. Any limit on our liability applies only as far as the law allows.
